NovumLake Partners is a Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Platform focusing on Data Centers and Tech-Parks / Office verticals in India. We invest and collaborate with some of the most prominent Institutional Investors and Family offices in India/World.

Our aim is to build an integrated full stack real estate investment services firm. Our bespoke approach and deep relationships allow us to forge innovative partnerships spanning the entire value chain of real estate private equity.

We have been instrumental in completing the first successful acquisition in India under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code of a rent-yielding Grade ‘A’ commercial real estate asset. We continue to pursue opportunities at the intersection of special situations and real estate through creative collaborations between capital and execution competencies.

We have strategic tie-ups with best-in-class real estate developers for development of Data Centers and Office verticals.

      Mr. Chirayu Mehta
      Investment Associate

  • Chirayu’s primary responsibilities include evaluating and monitoring investments
  • Prior to that, he worked as an Associate Investment Banker covering a range of transactions like an IPO, a primary fund-raise, cross-border acquisition, debt restructuring and valuation assignments
  • Prior to this, he worked with CRISIL (an S&P Global Company) on evaluating and conducting due-diligence on leveraged loan offerings in the US.
  • He also worked with an Asset Reconstruction Co (ARC) to evaluate the stressed assets of an infrastructure financing major
  • Chirayu is a CFA & a CFP and is a Level-2 candidate for CAIA

     Mr. Deepak Narang
     Head Operations

  • Deepak heads the Operations function at Prius Platinum
  • He has 13 years of experience in Property Management, Projects and Asset Take Over Transition
  • Deepak has previously worked with prominent real estate service organizations including CBRE, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield
  • He has rich experience of managing complex & sustainable real estate assets of large Institutions including Brookfield and DLF
  • He has led teams to achieve the highest ratings / sword of owner from British Safety Council (UK), ISO, LEED, Dupont, KPMG Bureau Veritas etc.
  • Deepak has completed Bachelors in Engineering (B.E.) from BITS college, Bhiwani
